What certifications does your machine shop have?

Our machine shop is not ISO 9001 certified, however we do comply with ISO 9001 procedures ensuring that we meet the highest quality standards for our products and services.

What types of equipment does your machine shop use?

We use state-of-the-art equipment including CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, plasma cutters, welding equipment and more to ensure precision and accuracy in all of our projects.

What is your experience working with tight tolerances?

Our machine shop has extensive experience working with tight tolerances and can produce parts with tolerances as low as +/- 0.001 inches.

Do you offer Expedited services?

Yes, we do offer expedited services. Contact us to discuss your project.

Is shipping available?

Yes, we do ship parts across the United States. Contact us for more info.

Is laser cutting available?

No, we do not do laser cutting at this time. We do however do plasma cutting which is a similar process, without the ability to hold very tight tolerances.

What materials do you Mill & Turn?

We work with a wide variety of materials ranging from your common Steel, Aluminum, Stainless steel, Copper, Brass, Plastic, A2 Tool steel, 4140, and many more materials.

What metals can you plasma cut?

We can plasma cut Steel, Stainless steel, and aluminum up to 3/4" thick, and down to 20G.
